Zali may be the realization of the aspiration, thirty decades in the making... in the kitchen area, in a house, in Beirut –a family that, similar to just about every other family on the earth, was convinced that their mother’s cooking, was the best.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mother and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived almost all of her everyday living in Lebanon. For so extended, she loved tests her have recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't leave her household’s nest until eventually Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown pleasure and passion for cooking are in your case and the planet to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You normally takes many of them back residence!
We contact them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: a number of selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should buy and take a look at.
